2. Services Offered

Asphalt Kingz LLC provides asphalt maintenance services including, but not limited to:

• Sealcoating
• Crack filling
• Pothole filling and repair
• Asphalt repairs
• Parking lot striping (including ADA-compliant markings)

Services are available to residential and commercial properties in the New River Valley, Virginia area.

3. Project Estimates & Quotes

All quotes and estimates provided by Asphalt Kingz LLC are non-binding and subject to change based on site conditions, material costs, scope changes, and other factors discovered during the project. Final pricing will be agreed upon before work begins. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.

4. Service Agreements

Upon acceptance of a quote, a service agreement will be established between you and Asphalt Kingz LLC. The agreement will outline the scope of work, materials to be used, estimated timeline, and total cost. Any changes to the scope of work may result in revised pricing and timelines. Both parties must agree to changes before additional work is performed.

5. Payment Terms

• A deposit may be required before work begins, as specified in the service agreement
• Remaining balance is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing
• We accept cash, check, and major payment methods as communicated at the time of service
• Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in the service agreement
• Disputed charges must be communicated within 7 days of invoice receipt

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. If Asphalt Kingz LLC needs to reschedule due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange a new date at no additional charge.

7. Warranty Information

Asphalt Kingz LLC stands behind the quality of our work. Warranty terms vary by service type and will be discussed at the time of the service agreement. Warranties cover defects in workmanship and materials under normal use conditions. Warranties do not cover damage caused by third parties, natural disasters, improper use, or normal wear and tear. Claims must be reported within the warranty period to be eligible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asphalt Kingz LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions of your asphalt surface that may affect the outcome of services performed.

9. Property Access & Preparation

The customer is responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area, including removing vehicles, personal property, and debris prior to the scheduled service date. Asphalt Kingz LLC is not responsible for damage to items left in the work area. The customer must inform us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other buried infrastructure prior to work beginning.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to mediation before pursuing any legal action. All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and any legal proceedings shall take place in Pulaski County, Virginia.
